Cancellation Policy

**Elham Hair Salon LLC – Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policies** **1. Booking Policy** * Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. * A valid credit card may be required to secure certain services. * Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than **10 minutes late** may need to reschedule to avoid impacting other appointments. * Prices listed online are starting prices and may vary depending on hair length, density, and service complexity. * New clients may be asked to complete a short consultation to ensure proper service timing. --- **2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy** At Elham Hair Salon LLC, your appointment time is reserved just for you. To respect our stylists’ time and other clients: * Cancellations or rescheduling must be made **at least 24 hours** before your appointment. * Appointments canceled with **less than 24 hours’ notice** may be subject to a **50% cancellation fee**. * **No-shows** will be charged **100% of the scheduled service**. * Multiple no-shows or late cancellations may require prepayment for future appointments. --- **3. Waitlist Policy** * If your desired date or time is fully booked, you may join our **waitlist** through our online booking system. * When a spot opens up, clients on the waitlist will be notified in the order they signed up. * Waitlist notifications are sent via email or SMS. Appointments will be filled on a **first-come, first-served** basis. * Joining the waitlist does not guarantee an appointment, but we do our best to accommodate all requests. --- **4. Service Adjustments** * If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within **72 hours** so we can make appropriate adjustments. * We do not offer refunds on services but will gladly work with you to achieve the desired result. --- **5.
